Developed by The Parent Shop, Anxiety Coach is a free of charge parenting program developed to aid parents in understanding how to manage their children’s anxious behaviours and support them to build resilience.

This program is available for Blue Mountains and Lithgow residents only.

Where: Online via Microsoft Teams

When:  Wednesdays weekly 11th February – 4th March 2026, 3.30pm – 4.30pm

All 4 sessions must be attended to complete the course.

Registrations close 28th January 2026, unless all spots filled beforehand.
