Developed by The Parent Shop, Anxiety Coach is a free of charge parenting program developed to aid parents in understanding how to manage their children’s anxious behaviours and support them to build resilience.
This program is available for Blue Mountains and Lithgow residents only.
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
When: Thursdays weekly 8th May – 12th June 2025, 1.00pm – 2.00pm
All 6 sessions must be attended to complete the course.
Registrations close 24th April 2025, unless all spots filled beforehand.
Certificate of attainment will only be awarded to participants who complete all 6 sessions. Unfortunately due to staffing capacity, catch up sessions are not available.
