Thrive Services are pleased to facilitate The Black Box Parenting Program, we will be running this as an intensive program, with 4 sessions over 2 weeks.
Black Box focuses on how a parents own experiences can impact the way we parent our children and the way we interpret our childrens behaviours.
Program Outline
- Developed specifically for caregivers who may be facing challenges in addition to their parenting support needs
- The focus of the group is about understanding how past experiences might affect how you get along as a family today
- Participants will learn about their relational patterns and develop skills in emotion coaching and limit setting.
This program is available for Blue Mountains and Lithgow residents only.
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
When: Week 1 Monday 15th June and Wednesday 17th June, 11am – 12.30pm | Week 2 Monday 22nd June and Wednesday 24th June, 11am – 12.30pm
All 4 sessions must be attended to complete the course.
Certificate of attainment will only be awarded to participants who complete all 4 sessions.
