Developed by the Australian Childhood Foundation,
Bringing Up Great Kids (BUGK) is a reflective parenting program that aims to support parents/carers to review and change their patterns of interacting with their children. Promoting reflective parenting skills and developing communication skills to encourage children’s positive self-identity.
This program is available for Blue Mountains and Lithgow residents only.
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
When: Weekly 29th October/6th November/12th November 2025, 1.00pm – 2.30pm
All 3 sessions must be attended to complete the course.

Certificate of attainment will only be awarded to participants who complete all 3 sessions.
