Targeted Early Intervention Family Case Worker
As a TEI Family Case Worker, you will provide assistance & support to parents and families through a combination of case management, group work, education groups & children’s activities.

Hours: Part-Time | 30hours per week | 0.8 FTE
Award: SCHADS 2024 Level 4 (leave entitlements & option to salary package)
Location: Katoomba and Lithgow NSW
About you
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 3 years relevant experience and knowledge working with children and their parents/carers in relation to child safety and development.
- Demonstrated experience in case management and providing holistic support focusing on strengths and needs, including working collaboratively with families to develop tailored action plans, helping them achieve their goals.
- Knowledge and experience in planning and facilitation of evidence-based programs/group work and activities within the community.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational & problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Engage in strength-based, reflective practice with dedication and enthusiasm, demonstrating a passion for supporting families and the local community.
- A valid driver’s license and able to work across both Lithgow and Katoomba offices, with flexibility with days and times.
- Must have a current working with children’s check number and national criminal check.
